Business and AI exposure

Supermicro supplies servers and complete AI racks. It converts orders into revenue when systems meet the applicable delivery and acceptance terms. Working capital, product mix and gross margin determine how much sales growth becomes cash.

Delivery and commitments

Supermicro announced shipments of NVIDIA Vera Rubin NVL72 racks. Platform-specific sales and accepted rack counts were not separately disclosed. More than $60 billion of new orders and fiscal 2027 guidance of $65–72 billion remain different from delivered revenue.

Costs, funding and dependencies

June cash was $7.521 billion, with roughly $8.7 billion of bank debt and convertible notes. Inventory and receivables absorb funding. The adverse internal-control opinion is distinct from the financial-statement audit; government investigations and compliance work also remain relevant.

What to watch next

Track accepted shipments, margins and cash conversion across fiscal 2027, ending June 30. Both positive Q4 execution and negative full-year working-capital absorption need to remain visible.

Documented project connections

Each connection below has a specific, cited role. A supplier, lender, customer or proposed acquirer has different economics from the project owner.

No named tracked-project role has been established by the evidence used for this profile. This does not mean the company has no AI exposure.

Evidence boundaries

Company totals, segment sales, bookings, backlog, spending, capacity and usage describe different things. They do not establish project-level revenue, earnings or an exact AI-only revenue share unless the cited disclosure explicitly says so.

This is a dated research snapshot. Forecasts are attributed expectations, and undisclosed amounts remain unknown. Source review does not certify every project or future outcome.
