Sources and verification

New project additions require at least four distinct, relevant, accessible source documents, including project-specific government evidence, original primary evidence and independent reporting. Republishing one release does not create independent sources. A minimum document count is a baseline, not proof of every claim. Existing coverage is being reconciled to this standard; readers should consult each profile’s source basis and limitations.

Spotlight articles require at least three verifiable documents, including primary evidence and independent reporting. Inaccessible articles and search snippets cannot establish material claims. Permits, applications, approved decisions, construction, energization and delivered customer service are separate milestones. Capacity and financial figures retain their disclosed phase and scope.

AI assistance and corrections

AI assists research, writing and site updates. AI can make errors; the use of automation does not replace source verification. We separate sourced facts, company-reported statements, editorial analysis, assumptions and unknowns. Material corrections should identify the affected claim, supporting evidence and actual review date. Superseded spotlight articles remain in the news archive; unsupported claims should be corrected or held.

Financial interests and commercial relationships

Readers should not assume that the publisher or contributors hold no securities discussed here. A verified holdings and conflicts disclosure has not yet been completed for this private edition. Relevant interests and paid relationships must be assessed and disclosed before applicable public coverage or commercial activity.

Paid sponsorships, affiliate relationships and advertisements must be clearly identified where they appear. Commercial payment must not substitute for evidence or guarantee favorable coverage. The AdSense base script is installed to load Google’s published European consent and US privacy-choice messages. Auto ads is off and no manual ad units are installed. Site approval and live consent testing are pending; no affiliate monetization is enabled.
