An operating AI system in Poznań

Beyond.pl announced F.I.N., the computing core of its commercial AI Factory, fully operational on September 3, 2025. The system uses NVIDIA DGX B200 hardware and Quantum-2 InfiniBand networking with FlashBlade storage supplied under the Pure Storage name, now Everpure. The operator offers GPU rental and services for AI training and inference.

The host site

The operator places the AI Factory within Data Center 2. Its address is Adama Kręglewskiego 11; the current TIA constructed-facility listing uses 11A. Municipal records connect both addresses to the older Research Centre parcels at Dziadoszańska. A September 2014 permit-register entry records building approval for Beyond.pl. The 2021 environmental entry discontinued a continued-validity proceeding; it was neither a fresh construction approval nor an AI-installation authorization.

Computing performance and campus power

TOP500 lists F.I.N. with installation year 2025 and 7.57 PFlop/s of Linpack Rmax performance, alongside a theoretical Rpeak of 9.36 PFlop/s. It ranked 211th in November 2025 and 235th in June 2026. The listing leaves power consumption blank. These system benchmarks cannot be converted into operating AI IT megawatts. Beyond.pl’s May 2025 launch materials described up to 100 MW of committed power for the wider campus and a 150 MW campus target; those overlapping envelopes do not measure the installed F.I.N. system.

Ownership and suppliers

Beyond.pl Sp. z o.o. is the operator. Kulczyk Investments’ current portfolio reports a 100% holding in Beyond.pl. The reviewed materials establish group ownership, without a fresh statutory extract identifying the current direct shareholder. NVIDIA and the storage supplier are technology participants, not campus owners. Current official investor and quarterly financial documents for both public suppliers are linked below; they do not establish project-attributable revenue.

Economics and delivery risks

Puls Biznesu reported a first-phase investment above PLN 100 million in May 2025, while the executive interviewed described a nine-digit amount. This is a dated reported estimate, not a verified final bill or paid expenditure. Commercial returns depend on customer use, pricing, equipment performance and subsequent investment. The reviewed documents do not establish utilization, recurring project earnings or final project spending.

What would establish the next phase

The first phase has an operator commissioning disclosure and a public benchmark record. Further installed-system inventories, phase-specific contracted and energized power, measured AI IT load, and disclosed expenditure or customer use would establish the scale of later delivery. No later completion deadline is inferred.

Dated delivery checkpoints

The first AI phase has an operating record. The evidence does not establish delivery of the full campus power envelope, later phases or customer utilization; broad summer expectations do not justify calculating a precise delay.
